Special Occasion Return Policy
The following brands are considered special occasion wear and follow a different return policy: Tutu Du Monde, Noralee, Ooh La La Couture, Angel’s Face Dresses and Skirts, and Patachou.

Special Occasion items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchange/store credit requests must be submitted and postmarked by USPS within 7 days of delivery, using a return label from our Return Center.

Due to the limited edition and seasonal nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy ensures each piece remains in new condition for our customers. We cannot accept returns beyond the 7-day window.
Exchanges

Check the fit immediately upon receiving your order to ensure you have time to request an exchange within the allowed timeframe.

Submit your exchange request through our Return Center. We will hold the item you want to exchange for your purchase. Once we receive your return, we will contact you to set up an exchange. If you encounter any issues requesting an exchange on the return center, please email us for assistance.

Once approved, we will email you a return label. Store credit (minus initial shipping costs) will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.
For the fastest exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the size you need. Once we receive your original item, we will issue store credit in accordance with our policy. While this credit cannot be applied to an order already placed, it can be used toward any future purchase.
- If you received free shipping, the return amount will be adjusted to reflect the cost of our standard shipping fee of $9.98
The following are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit:

All brands of hair accessories, wings, crowns, gloves, hats, head/hair wraps, and body accessories, Tutu Du Monde wrist cuffs, leg warmer/leggings, and neck collars, neck ties, and bow ties.
Return Conditions
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
✔ All original tags must be attached, and the 360 security tag must be intact.
✔ Items must be unworn, scent-free, undamaged, and in sellable condition.
✔ Returns over $350 may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
✔ If an item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
