      If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise in original condition with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery*(requested AND postmarked before the 14th day)

      Christmas & Hannukah Themed Dresses, Clothing & Accessories Are Not Returnable After December 14th. Any other holiday themed items are not returnable after the holiday it's for.  Ex: St Patricks Day, Valentines's Day, 4th of July etc..)

      All returns must be requested through our Return Center AND shipped back to us (Received and postmarked by USPS) by the last day of the items policy. Return window begins the date the package is delivered. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. Due to limited and seasonal collections, we will not accept a return or exchange outside our return policy.  Any return after the allowed return time is non-returnable or exchangeable.
      Shoes must be shipped back in the original box and show no signs of wear.  All returned items should be in their original packaging and must be suitable for resale. Honeypiekids reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.
      We are not obliged to issue refunds for any returned items which fall outside of the terms laid out in this Returns Policy. 
      • Please allow 10 days for processing of your return.
      *If you received free shipping, the original shipping fee and return shipping cost will be subtracted from your return. 
      Returns of $300 And Up May Be Charged a 10% Restocking Fee.
      If an order is refused delivery by the customer or returned to us by the shipping company due to being undeliverable, refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee along with the return shipping cost.   
      If you receive an item that may have been damaged during shipping contact us upon receiving so we can set up a replacement.
      All return requests must be done through our tracked Return Center.  Return Requests For Online Orders Are Not Accepted Through Email Or Phone.  A return label will be emailed to the email used to place the order within 24 hours.  Please check your junk mail folder if you don't see the label after return approval.

      EXCHANGES
      If you would like a different size, for fastest service please reorder the correct size and we will ship out the new size right away. Any questions about a size, please email us or message us on the chat button on our website.
      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM ORDERS
      Returns on International or Facebook and Instagram store orders can be shipped back to us using your own return label. We can't at this time provide return labels for these orders. You will still need to request a return through our Return Center and we will then email you to set up a return.

      Tutu Du Monde and Noralee Return Policy

      Tutu Du Monde and Noralee can be exchanged only within 7 days. Exchanges on all Tutu Du Monde and Noralee dresses and Boys Suits must be requested AND shipped back within 7 days of receiving to be eligible for an exchange or store credit (received and postmarked by USPS using one of our return labels issued through our Return Center) Once approved, we will send you a return label to your email and issue a store credit minus shipping once the return is received. 
      Tutu Du Monde Wings, Hair and Body Accessories,, Noralee Hair Accessories and Boys ties are final sale and non returnable or exchangable. 
      All Tutu Du Monde dresses and clothing, Noralee Dresses, Noralee Boys Suits, and other formal dresses and items will have our 360 Security tags. If the tag is removed or tampered with, the item is non exchangable.  Info on our 360 security tags can be found here.
      Due to limited sizes and special collections no exceptions can be made on the return times and policy. Original tags must be in place, show no signs of wear, scent or damage and be in sellable condition to be accepted for an exchange/store credit. For the health and safety of our customers, if any returned items are found to be worn or tags are removed we are not obliged to issue an exchange, store credit or refund. 

      We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.
