If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise in original condition with tags attached, within 14 days* for a refund minus initial and return shipping costs. *If you received free shipping with a free shipping promotion, your order will be automatically be recalculated and actual shipping fee and return label shipping cost will be subtracted from your return. Refused shipments will have a 15% restocking fee.
International returns and Facebook/ Instagram returns must be shipped back by the purchaser using their own return label after requesting a return approval.
If you would like a different size, you will need to reorder the correct size and request a return for the item you would like to return. The policy will be the same as a return. *Tutu Du Monde has a separate return policy, scroll down to see that policy.
All returns must be requested through our Return Center AND shipped back to us (scanned and received by USPS or UPS ) within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Return window begins the date the package is delivered. Due To Merchandise Being Seasonal, We Can Not Make Exceptions To Return Policy Times. Returns not shipped back within the 14 days can not be accepted.
Refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee
RETURNS OF ORDERS PLACED THROUGH FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM MUST BE SHIPPED USING YOUR OWN SHIPPING LABEL. WE DON'T PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS FOR FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM ORDERS. YOU WILL STILL NEED TO REQUEST A RETURN THROUGH OUR RETURN CENTER.
We do not price match with other online retailers or offer price adjustments after an item has been ordered.
We are not obliged to issue a refund if items returned appear to be worn or in any unsellable condition that includes if tags were removed or removed and reattached, or if eligible items are not shipped back (dropped off and scanned at the post office) within the allowed return time. Shoes must be shipped back in original box and show no signs of wear. All items returned to us should be in its original packaging and items must be suitable for resale. All items will be inspected by our Returns Staff when we receive it.
If you receive an item that may have been damaged during shipping contact us within 3 days of receiving so we can set up an immediate replacement or return.
Credits will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. Any return after 14 days is non returnable or exchangeable.
All return requests must be done through our tracked Return Center. Return Requests Are Not Accepted Through Email Or Phone. A return label will be emailed as the approval. Return approvals and return labels are emailed within 12 hours to the email used to place the order. Please check your junk mail folder if you don't see it.
Late returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

(Clearance items will be marked as clearance on the brand or product page). CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY THEMED DRESSES AND OUTFITS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AFTER DECEMBER 18th and Easter Themed Items are not returnable after Easter.
Tutu Du Monde Return Policy
Returns on all Tutu Du Monde dresses, clothing, and accessories must be requested AND shipped back within 7 days of receiving to be eligible for a return (received and scanned by USPS using one of our return labels issued through our Return Center) All Tutu Du Monde dresses and accessories will have our 360 Security tags. If the tag is removed or tampered with, the item is non refundable. Info on our 360 security tags can be found here.
NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE ON THE RETURN TIMES. Original tags must be in place, show no signs of wear, scent or damage and be in sellable condition to be accepted for a return. Return requests can only be made through the return center, they won't be accepted through email or phone.
We highly suggest you check if the item fits correctly upon receiving so you can request a return AND ship back the return if the item doesn't fit within the 5 days. If you would like a different size, for fastest service please reorder the correct size and we will ship out the new size right away.
Refunds on eligible returns will be made within 7 days of receiving. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
