  • We Ship Within 24 Hours (Monday - Saturday) unless noted otherwise on product description.   
  • All customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment.
    • Note: Some Post Offices may have a longer processing time during this time.
    • Local post offices are experiencing covid delays so your order might not show it was scanned right away but orders are always dropped off at the post office the same day if ordered before store closing.  Orders are being received within 2-4 days

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise in original condition, within 14 days of receiving for a refund. Credits will be issued in the same manner as payment was made.
Returns made after 14 days but before 20 days can be returned for a store credit only.   Store Credit can be used in store or online and never expires.  The store credit will be emailed to you. Any returns after 20 days is non returnable or exchangeable.  Shipping fee is non refundable. Please allow ten (7) business days for your return to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
  • If you would like to return an item and would like to receive a return      shipping label just contact us and we will email you one.  We will deduct $7.75 for the return shipping cost when we place the refund. 
  • We reserve the right to reduce a return refund for the actual shipping cost if the returns are $200 or more.
  • If you received free shipping with a free shipping promotion, your order will be automatically be recalculated to reflect a standard shipping fee ($7.75) if returned for a refund or store credit.

For exchanges, please place a new order. When your return is received, you will receive a refund. This will prevent you from having to wait for your exchange
