HoneyPieKids Return & Exchange Policy
General Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange for unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Dresses, skirts, rompers, and boys’ suits from the brands Tutu Du Monde, Noralee, Ooh La La Couture, Angel’s Face, and Patachou are considered special-occasion wear and are subject to a 7-day exchange-only/store credit policy. Non-special-occasion returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Due to the limited and seasonal nature of our collections, returns or exchanges are not accepted beyond the stated policy timeframe.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box, unworn, and in resellable condition.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and suitable for resale.
- HoneyPieKids reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise meets resellable condition requirements.
- Returns that originally received free shipping will be refunded or issued store credit minus the standard $9.98 shipping fee.
Final Sale Items — Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items with a removed or tampered 360 security tag
- Late returns past the allowed return timeframe
- Slime, cosmetics, and Books to Bed pajama sets
- Wings, crowns, hair accessories, and body accessories
- Tutu Du Monde Halloween Collection items, which are marked down and are final sale
- Madame Alexander dolls
- Costume masks
- Advent calendars
- Hats, jewelry, underwear, and undergarments for hygiene reasons
- Final sale and $25 clearance items marked in the product description
- Special orders and monogrammed items
- Damaged, soiled, worn, washed, scented, or used items
Christmas and Hanukkah-themed items are not returnable after December 14th. Other holiday-themed items, including St. Patrick’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and 4th of July items, are not returnable after the holiday has passed.
If you are within the eligible return timeframe for an exchange or store credit but experience any issue using the Return Center, please email us with your request. We will assist you with processing your exchange or store credit return and provide a return label when applicable. Occasionally, there may be a technical issue with exchange requests in the Return Center system. Simply message us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns Process
All returns must be requested through our Return Center. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label by email, usually within one hour. The return must be shipped back within the allowed return timeframe to remain eligible for a refund or store credit.
- Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns of $350 or more may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- If an order is refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable, a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges
For faster service, if you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size. If you have sizing questions, please email us or use the chat button on our website.
International & Social Media Orders
Returns for international orders or purchases made through Facebook or Instagram stores must be shipped back using your own return label. A return request must still be submitted through our Return Center, and we will email further instructions.

Special Occasion Wear Return Policy
Tutu Du Monde, Patachou, Noralee, Angel’s Face dresses and skirts, Ooh La La Couture, boys’ suits, and boys’ dress shirts are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange or store credit requests must be submitted and postmarked via USPS within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we will provide a return label. Store credit, minus shipping, will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the return.
- Wings, crowns, gloves, body accessories, all hair accessories, and boys’ ties are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All special-occasion dresses and clothing are equipped with 360 security tags.
- If the 360 security tag is removed or tampered with, the item is not eligible for exchange, store credit, or a refund.
- Due to the limited-edition nature, small stock availability, and exclusivity of these collections, we are unable to extend return timeframes.
All returned items must:
- Have original tags attached
- Show no signs of wear, scent, damage, washing, or use
- Be in sellable condition
For the health and safety of our customers, worn or damaged items, items with scent or stains, or items missing security tags will not be eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund.
HoneyPieKids reserves the right to determine if a return meets our policy requirements.

Damaged Items
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can assist you and arrange a replacement when available.
