HoneyPieKids Shipping Policy
We offer affordable and dependable shipping options to help ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. HoneyPieKids ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Continental U.S. Standard Shipping
We offer flat-rate continental U.S. standard shipping for $9.98.
Most standard U.S. orders arrive within approximately 2–6 business days, including processing time. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note: Saturday delivery is not available with our shipping service, including expedited and next-day shipping options.
Expedited Shipping
Need your order faster? We offer expedited 2-day shipping through UPS and USPS for $18.00 within the continental U.S.
Next-day shipping is also available through UPS, Monday through Friday. Next-day shipping prices are live rates calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and product weight.
Saturday delivery is not available for expedited or Next Day shipping.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted on the product page or delayed due to holidays, seasonal volume, credit card authorization, payment verification, or unforeseen circumstances.
During the holiday season, from September through December, please allow an additional business day for processing and delivery, including expedited shipping options.
Important Shipping Notes
- Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has shipped.
- Please use a valid, regularly checked email address at checkout to avoid delays.
- We may contact you before shipping if an item is unavailable or if we need to confirm sizing.
- Delivery 1 estimates shown in your shopping cart are approximate.
- All customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment.
Your payment method will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you place your order, your credit card or PayPal payment is authorized only.
Delivery or Tracking Issues
If there is an issue with your delivery or tracking, please contact HoneyPieKids directly. Please do not contact the shipping company or file a claim yourself.
As the shipper, HoneyPieKids must contact USPS, UPS, DHL, or the applicable shipping carrier and file any claim on your behalf. If a customer files a claim directly, we may not be able to assist with the claim or obtain updated information regarding the package.
Rest assured, we will handle all correspondence and any necessary claims with the shipping company.
Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Deliveries
If an order is refused at delivery, returned as undeliverable, or not picked up from the carrier, a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. As soon as an order is submitted, it begins processing to ensure quick shipment and inventory availability.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a return once the item is received, provided the item qualifies under our return policy and meets all return eligibility requirements.
Worldwide Shipping
We are happy to offer worldwide shipping. We proudly ship internationally using DHL Standard and UPS Standard. Actual live shipping rates and estimated shipping times are shown in the cart before checkout and are calculated based on your destination and order weight.
Our worldwide shipping option now includes international duties and/or tariffs paid at checkout, helping prevent customs delays and allowing your order to arrive more smoothly.
We accept international returns; however, return shipping labels and return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility. At this time, we do not offer international return labels.
If you need to return or exchange an international order, please contact us by email, and we will be happy to provide instructions.
Shipping Times
Shipping timeframes are approximate and may be affected by postal staff shortages, seasonal delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other carrier-related delays outside of our control.
