Shipping Policy
We offer affordable and dependable shipping options to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S.):
Free Shipping – Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99.00.
Flat Rate Continental U.S. Standard Shipping – A flat fee of $9.98 applies to orders under $99.00. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Expedited Shipping (continental U.S.) – Need it faster? We offer expedited UPS and USPS for $19.00. For Next Day Delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.
International Shipping:
We proudly ship worldwide using DHL Standard and UPS Standard. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.
Processing Time:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 1 PM (EST) on Fridays or during the weekend will ship the following Monday, including expedited shipments.
Estimated Transit Time (U.S.):
Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time (including processing): 2–7 business days

Fast Shipping – Most orders ship within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) unless otherwise noted on the product page or due to unforeseen delays. Credit card authorization or verification issues may delay shipment.
We may contact you before shipping if an item is unavailable or we need to confirm sizing. Please use a valid, regularly-checked email address at checkout to avoid delays.

Holiday Season Advisory (Sept–Dec): Please allow an additional business day for order processing and delivery, including expedited shipping options.
All shipments will receive the tracking info to the email you used to place your order.
IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR DELIVERY OR TRACKING PLEASE CONTACT US. Do not contact the shipping company or file a claim yourself. We as the shipper need to file any claim or contact USPS/UPS about the delivery or we will not be able to help you with the claim or get info/status on your package. Rest assured, we will handle all correspondence and/or claims with the shipping company.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We are happy to offer worldwide shipping. Actual live shipping rates and shipping times are shown in the cart before checkout. The worldwide shipping option now has the International duties and/or tariffs costs paid at checkout so there are no delays to you receiving your order. We accept international returns but the return labels and cost on international orders are at the customer's expense. We currently don't have the option at the time to provide an international return label but if you need to return or exchange anything, contact us through email and we will help you.
Refused or Deliveries or Deliveries Not Picked Up
A 10% restocking fee and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund on refused or undeliverable deliveries.
