      Christmas & Hannukah Themed Dresses & Clothing & Accessories Are Not Returnable After December 14th. Any other holiday items are not returnable after the holiday it's for. ( Ex: St Patricks Day, Valentines's Day, 4th of July etc..)

      If you purchased a product in our store that you would like to return and can't make it in by the return time please email us before the allowed return time and we will email you a shipping label. Mailed returns must use one of our supplied tracked return shipping labels that are emailed to you upon approval. 

      *If you received free shipping with a free shipping promotion, your order will be automatically be recalculated and the actual shipping fee and return shipping cost will be subtracted from your return. 

      Returns of $325 or More May Be Charged a 10% Restocking Fee.

      All returns must be requested through our Return Center AND shipped back to us (Received and Scanned by USPS) by the last day of the items policy.  Return window begins the date the package is delivered.

      Due To Merchandise Being Limited And Seasonal, We Can Not Make Exceptions To Return Policy Times.

      We are not obliged to issue a refund if items returned appear to be worn or in any unsellable condition including if tags were removed or removed and reattached, or if eligible items are not shipped back (dropped off and scanned at the post office) within the allowed return time. Shoes must be shipped back in the original box and show no signs of wear.  All returned items should be in their original packaging and must be suitable for resale. All items will be inspected by our return staff when we receive it.  Honeypiekids reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.

      We are not obliged to issue refunds for any returned items which fall outside of the terms laid out in this Returns Policy. 

      • Please allow 10 days for processing of your return.

      If an order is refused delivery by the customer or returned to us by the shipping company due to being undeliverable, refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee along with the return shipping cost.   

      If you receive an item that may have been damaged during shipping contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can set up an immediate replacement.

      Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. Any return after the allowed return time is non-returnable or exchangeable.

      All return requests must be done through our tracked Return Center.  Return Requests For Online Orders Are Not Accepted Through Email Or Phone.  A return label will be emailed as the approval. Return approvals and return labels are emailed within 24 hours to the email used to place the order.  If you used a phone number when checking out and not an email and you are requesting a return please include your email in the return note so we can email you a return label. Please check your junk mail folder if you don't see the label after return approval. 

      Tutu Du Monde and Noralee Return Policy

      Tutu Du Monde and Noralee can be exchanged for size only. If the size needed is not available a store credit will be issued. Exchanges on all Tutu Du Monde and Noralee dresses and clothing must be requested AND shipped back within 7 days of receiving to be eligible for an exchange or store credit (received and scanned by USPS using one of our return labels issued through our Return Center) 

      Tutu Du Monde Wings, Accessories and Noralee Hair Accessories are final sale and non returnable or exchangable. 

      All Tutu Du Monde, Noralee Dresses, Boys Suits will have our 360 Security tags. If the tag is removed or tampered with, the item is non exchangable.  Info on our 360 security tags can be found here.

      NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE ON THE RETURN TIMES. Original tags must be in place, show no signs of wear, scent or damage and be in sellable condition to be accepted for an exchange. For the health and safety of our customers, if any returned items are found to be worn or tags are removed we are not obliged to issue a refund. 

      We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.

      We highly suggest you check if the item fits correctly upon receiving so you can request an exchange AND ship back the return if the item doesn't fit within the 7 days of arrival. 

      EXCHANGES

      If you would like a different size, for fastest service please reorder the correct size and we will ship out the new size right away. Any questions about a size, please email us or message us on the chat button on our website.

      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

      Returns on International orders can be shipped back to us using your own return label. We don't provide return labels for international orders. You will still need to request a return through our Return Center and we will then email you to set up a return.

We as the shipper need to file any claim or contact USPS/UPS about the delivery or we will not be able to help you with the claim or get info/status on your package. Rest assured, we will handle all correspondence and/or claims with the shipping company
