Tutu Du Monde and Noralee can be exchanged only. Exchanges on all Tutu Du Monde and Noralee dresses, clothing and shoes must be requestedANDshipped back within7days of receiving to be eligible for an exchange or store credit (received and postmarked by USPS using one of our return labels issued through our Return Center).
IF YOU ARE WITHIN THE ALLOWED RETURN TIMEFRAME FOR AN EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT, PLEASE EMAIL US YOUR REQUESTIF THERE IS ANY ISSUE USING THE RETURN CENTER WHEN REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT RETURN. WE WILL SET UP THE RETURN OF YOUR ITEM FOR A CREDIT/EXCHANGE AND SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL. WE WANT TO MAKE EXCHANGING YOUR ITEMS EASY AND ISSUE FREE. Sometimes there may be a glitch with exchanges on the return center system.
We suggest you check if the item fits correctly upon receiving so you can request an exchange/store credit AND ship back the item within the7 days of arrival.
Once approved, we will send you a return label to your email and will issue a store credit minus return shipping once the return is received.
Noralee hair accessories, Tutu Du Monde accessories including hair accessories, wings, crowns, wrist cuffs, neck collars, leggings, are final sale and not returnable or exchangable.
Due to limited and seasonal collections, we will not accept an exchange outside our return policy. Any return after the allowed return time is non-returnable or exchangeable.
To be fair to all our customers, no exceptions can be made on the return policy.
All Tutu Du Monde, Noralee Dresses, Boys Suits will have our 360 Security tags. If the tag is removed or tampered with, the item is non exchangable. Info on our 360 security tags can be found here.
Original tags must be in place, show no signs of wear, scent or damage and be in sellable condition to be accepted for an exchange/store credit. For the health and safety of our customers, if any returned items are found to be worn or tags are removed we are not obliged to issue an exchange or store credit. Returns over $325.00 may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you receive an item that may have been damaged during shipping please notify us right away so we can set up a replacement.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.
