SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments will receive the tracking info to the email you used to place your order. U.S. Mainland orders over $99.00 will have the option for FREE Standard Shipping excluding any item from our $25 Clearance Sale or an item marked final sale in the description. If you have any of these items in your cart you will be charged for shipping even if your order total is over $99.00.
OUR FAST SHIPPING POLICY - Most Orders Ship Within 24 Hours (Monday - Friday) unless noted otherwise on product description or unforeseen circumstances. Our shipping time may be delayed due to credit card authorizations, and verifications. Occasionally, we may need to contact you before shipment if an option is not available or we need to update you on sizing so please use an email that you check when checking out so your order is not delayed. Delivery dates on the shopping cart are approximate and solely based on USPS or UPS live shipping times. The delivery date may differ by a day or 2 if USPS or UPS is having delays. If you need an item by a specific date we suggest to choose UPS. From September through December, shipping times may take an additional day to ship. THIS INCLUDES EXPEDITED ORDERS.
IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR DELIVERY OR TRACKING PLEASE CONTACT US. Do not contact the shipping company or file a claim yourself. We as the shipper need to file any claim or contact USPS/UPS about the delivery or we will not be able to help you with the claim or get info/status on your package. Rest assured, we will handle all correspondence and/or claims with the shipping company.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We are happy to offer worldwide shipping. Actual live shipping rates and shipping times are shown in the cart before checkout. The worldwide shipping option now has the International duties and/or tariffs costs paid at checkout so there are no delays to you receiving your order. We accept international returns but the return labels and cost on international orders are at the customer's expense. We currently don't have the option at the time to provide an international return label but if you need to return or exchange anything, contact us through email and we will help you.
Refused or Deliveries or Deliveries Not Picked Up
A 10% restocking fee and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund on refused or undeliverable deliveries.

If you place your order after 12 pm EST on Friday or over the weekend your order will go out on Monday. This includes all expedited shipping.

UPS
UPS Shipping Times are from 1-5 days depending on your location. We have found that UPS shipping times have been the most reliable and consistent. If you need your order by a specific date we highly suggest choosing UPS instead of USPS at checkout.

Note: Your form of payment is not charged until the order is shipped. When you place your order, your credit card or PayPal payment is authorized only.
All customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

- Local post offices are experiencing staff shortages and delays so your order might not show it was scanned right away but fulfilled orders are always dropped off at the post office/UPS the same day the label is printed. USPS Orders Can Take From 3 to 8 days to receive.
