How do I return an item?

Shipping policy

Unless noted otherwise, all purchases will be sent out within 24-48 hours. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise in original condition, within 25 days of ordering for an exchange or refund. Credits will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. Returns made after the 25 day return period, are in unsellable condition are not returnable. During The Christmas holiday season (starting November 20th) anything purchased will have till January 4th to return/exchange. Clearance Items Are Non Refundable, you may exchange for a different size if available. Shipping fees will apply. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable. If you received free shipping with a free shipping promotion, your order will be automatically be recalculated to reflect a standard shipping fee (6.99) if returned for a refund. Swimsuits and hair brushes ARE NON REFUNDABLE, You may exchange a swimsuit for a different size if notified within 3 days of receiving swimsuit. Sanitary liner must be in place and original tags must be attached. Exchanges will be subject to our regular shipping & handling fees ($6.99). For faster exchanges, please place a new order. When your return is received, you will receive a credit. This will prevent you from having to wait for your exchange.
